作者简介 　　陈庆英，汉族，祖籍广东台山1941年生于四川南充市，1964年青海师范学院毕业，在海西州德令哈中学和州民族师范学校教书，1981年中央民族学院古藏文专业研究生毕业，获文学硕士学位。先后在中央民族学院、青海省社会科学院、中国藏学研究中心从事藏族历史和宗教文化方面的研究。现任中国藏学研究中心历史研究所所长、研究员。
