序言 This Standard is a revision of Technical Code for Installation Safety inWater Resources and Hydropower Project （SD 267——1988） （hereinafterto be refeired as the former Standard） according to the requirement ofNotification of General Office of National Development and ReformCommission about printing and distributing the plan of Industrial Codesin 2006 （FGB Industrial [2006] No. 1093）.
Since the implementation of the former Standard, it has greatlypromoted good normative role for promoting safe and civilizedconstruction of hydroelectric and hydraulic construction enterprisesand effectively controls of various accidents. In recent decade andmore, with the continuous improvement of safety laws andregulations and the wide application of new techniques, newtechnologies, new equipment, new material in hydroelectric andhydraulic construction, safe construction technology need updating.In order to ensure the effectiveness and practicability of the code, it isnecessary to improve and perfect the former code.
文摘 10.1.15Operators are forbidden to enter or exit working front bytaking hoisting machine used to hoist materials, do not throw objectto operator and working area.
10.1.16Before carrying stone, the tool and rope used for carryingoperation shall be checked whether they aresolid enough.Double-rope shall be adopted to bind stones when they are carried bytwo persons or more.
10.1.17If steel hammer is used to dress stones, the hammer shallbe checked whether it is broken or the handle of hammer is strong.Observation shall be made to check whether there is any potentialdanger around threatening the safety of persons. The hammer shalldrop along the grain of the rock; the hammer nose shall be flat. Thehammer shall hit the point accurately.
10.1.18Dressing stones should be carried out on the top of drymasonry or masonry wall or scaffold in order to prevent the wall frombeing disturbed, or to prevent injury caused by falling stones; Facingstone, dimension stone and crushed shall be made on open and fiatground.
