作者简介 Michele L. Bechtell is an internationally recognized authority on strategy deployment and large-scale organizational change. She has trained and assisted CEO's and executive teams worldwide to identify and achieve measurable strategic breakthroughs. With over twenty years international consulting experience, ten of these years in private practice, she is the architect of many successful planning and implementation systems, helping executives re-direct their organizations to build and sustain competitive advantage, aligning people, activities, and resources with strategic intent.

Prior to founding her private practice, Bechtell served for ten years as a senior consultant for Arthur D. Little, Inc., an international management and technology consulting firm based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. There she specialized in developing and implementing customer focused strategies and total quality management. During her tenure as consultant, she also served for five years as a graduate faculty member of the Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute that awards the Master of Science in Management degree.
