Christopher Franceschelli is a seasoned publisher, editor and creator of children's books. He runs Chronicle's Handprint imprint and the SmartInk packaging company. A born-and-raised New Yorker, Franceschelli lives with his family in Brooklyn. Peskimo is a husband-and-wife illustration and design team. They live in Bristol, England.

(posting this review on my moms account) These books seem the ideal format for toddlers. My daughter is fascinated by this book and we have read it hundreds of times and it really seems to have sparked her imagination about city life adding a cute narrative to how she plays with her toys.

So happy for this additional Block book, love the whole series. My son loves it.

Creator Suggestion:
-Include additional themes for the block series: Home Block (items in the house, things to do at home, etc.) School Block, etc.

My (almost) 2 year old son loves this book. There's a small black cat on every other page that he likes to look for.
