A great book for the beginning investor. Gives you the basics of real estate investing and a plan to make it work. The "nothing down" ideas are for those investors with the time and determination to go out and find the deals and make them work. Don't let that intimidate you. This book has some great information to get you started in investing and ideas to take it to the next level if you desire. Add it to your collection.
I've been waiting to read this book for a really long time probably one of the best real estate books out there it reminds everyone that you shouldn't just go out there and buy any property you should do your homework and analyse each property before you purchase and not get stuck in a ruck for years with a negative cash flow property plus you should have a team of advisers. They are the important people you should have in your team and for a good relationship with..its always about reminding the investor that you should buy the property when the numbers work in your favor by stating that you should look for property's that buyers don't really want and want to get rid of, he also puts in a lot of examples in which you can work your way around getting a bargain price for a property a must read for any real estate investor or for those that are just beginning..
A great guide for getting into real estate with nothing down. Most people won't apply the techniques, but they are all valid.
I have used this book over and over, not every situation works the same, and this book teaches you how to be creative to get a deal done with no money down. I would say half of the deals you find you can do with no money down. At least from my experience.
