近日，浙江温岭一家幼儿园女教师虐童的视频和照片在网络上引发热议。后续报道称，这名女教师系无证上岗，目前已被刑拘。

　　A second preschool teacher has been detained over online images that appear to show her abusing children in Zhejiang province.

　　又一名浙江幼师因网络上的虐童照片而被拘留。

　　“虐童”的英文说法为child abuse，abuse可做动词和名词，均表示“滥用、虐待”，常见的还有power abuse(滥用职权)、personal abuse(人身攻击)等。

　　最近涉及虐童的preschool teacher(幼师)中，有人holding up a child by his ears(拎着孩子的耳朵将其提起)，有人slapping a 5-year-old girl in the face 70 times(对一名5岁女童连扇70个耳光)。据悉，两人均没有required certificates to teach kindergarten(幼师执教资格证)。有人表示此类事件为one offs(个别事件)，也有人呼吁加强对幼儿园的monitoring(监控)。
