一般是冲突引起的（office、sql、vs安装顺序，版本等等），建议全部清理掉，重新安装

以前你是不是装过 而且 失败了 ？？ 垃圾没有清理干净的问题 吧 应该是 你去网上查查 把注册表 还有遗留下的文件和文件夹都删了 还有环境变量 然后 再重新安装新的东西

建议重做系统，重装系统之后先装VS2008，剩下office、Adobe之类后装。
Windows里面com组建之间的关系乱七八糟的，很多软件设计时没有遵循系统的标准，导致其他软件运行出问题是常事，最典型的例子就是开着金山词霸，运行google chrome，chrome被掐死都不知道是怎么死的……
