那位高手知道C#如何调整图片的比例！然后在保存到指定路径
如题！
把客户段图片保存到服务器上已经好了！
现在的问题是把 服务器的图片 先要调整比例 10 X 10然后 在把图片保存到一个指定的路径 ！求高手帮忙！
