是否滤镜效果不能在table里使用呀？

以上代码，滤镜效果不能工作。去除掉 <table> <tr> <td> 标签后就OK了。
是不是滤镜效果不能在table里使用呀？

我想让整个网页只显示在屏幕中心750px的地方，两头留空白。

有什么解决方案吗？
