win 2003下C# 调用ExitWindowsEx 为何不能关机，但可以重启。
关机理由已经屏蔽了，现在关机界面和xp一样，但就是关不了机。

调用
DoExitWin(EWX_SHUTDOWN);
DoExitWin(EWX_POWEROFF);
