菜鸟搞了一个hello程序，怎么打包成setup.exe?

生成一下就行了，然后到项目所在目录的 Bin\Debug 或 Bin\Release下找一下

新建一个安装项目，新建项目时选 "其它项目类型 "--> 安装和部署--> 安装项目
新建安装项目后，把你的EXE文件放入去，设置文件存放目录，安装框架等，
你查下相关资料吧，生成打包就可以了
