恳请高手帮忙 问个简单的初级问题
这个是welcome.html放在root（tomcat6.0）目录下

编译后的class文件放在了root目录下的WEB-INF目录下的classes目录下
WEB-INF的下的web.xml我配置如下

为什么在浏览器中输入http://localhost:8080/welcome.html
或者输入http://localhost:8080/welcome 都是一片空白 什么都不显示呢？？？
[解决办法]
这样做是不行的，在conf、server。xml的 <host> </host> 中加入以下内容
<Context docBase= "c:\tomcat\webapp\app " path= "/ " reloadable= "true "/>
