winform中根据已知的wsdl如何访问

winform中,根据已知的wsdl,怎么访问已有的webservice?
现在做一个项目,对方写webservice,我这里调用他写的这个webservice。
1、现在对方提供了他已经发布的wsdl文件,请问:我怎么根据他提供的wsdl文件来访问他写的websercie?
2、怎么实现websercie的异步调用?
开发环境上vs2005 ,winform

楼上的这种方法有问题,如果对方的webservice里引用了自己的dll,调用就会出错。
有了wsdl了,肯定时可以构造web引用的,然后在程序模块里直接引用就可以了
