请大家一个简单的css问题

怎样把下面的样式写进css文档里面啊，我把它剪贴到css文档里面，可不能实现与放在head标签里面的效果。
是不是要加点什么东西？？

去掉
合并一下
存成编码相同的 .css
head 区
