sql拆分字符串的问题
有一个字符串'A,B,C,A,C,D',和一个字符串'1,2,5,4,3,1'

如果输入A 返回的值是5（说明:这个值是字符串对应的值 1+4）

请问怎么实现？实在搞不定，请各位大侠赐教
