用API写的SOCKET程序不能实现,请指教下。

现在我有两台机器,A台IP:172.17.161.46,B台IP:172.17.49.37
现在把客户端拷贝到B台机器上,把服务器端拷贝到A台机器上。
然后在B台机器上运行客户端程序,程序提示connect error,到后面都是错误的。反正就是没有连上。
请教高手我上面的是那里有错误吗?
