外部程序启动我的程序，并给我的程序传参数
我最近做一个客户端程序，看开发文档中，服务器程序会主动来启动我的程序，并把服务器的监听端口号传给我的程序，我不太明白，服务器如何能够给我的程序传参数？

就是他会执行类似于xxx.exe port这样的命令行形式来调用你的程序，参数就在main函数的args中。
