　　昨天，小海向法援工作人员咨询求助。 晓昕 摄网上曾流传一个恐怖故事：一小伙参加狂欢派对，次日早上醒来发现躺在宾馆浴缸里，一旁留话给他：肾已摘除，报警。小伙惊恐之余报警，自己的肾确实已被不法分子偷偷摘掉了。25岁的小海也经历了类似的“肾摘除”，操盘者竟是他应聘公司的“老板”。昨天，小海来到南京市雨花台区法律援助中心，就他所遭受的巨大伤害寻求法律帮助。他向记者介绍了那不堪回首的丢肾经过，由此揭开“老板”步步设局非法买卖器官的黑幕。

　　一小伙被高薪吸引应聘医疗销售
　　小海曾是个阳光小伙，对生活充满期待。去年专科毕业后，学医的他远离西北老家，在厦门一家医疗器械公司打工。找工作时，小海在网上发布了求职信息，2010年7月，他的邮箱里收到一封邮件，是南京一家医疗器械销售公司发来的，声称他们公司做医疗器械耗材生意，正在招聘专业人员，底薪3000元，包食宿，另有销售提成。小海被优厚的待遇所吸引，和招聘方联系后，当天从厦门转道上海连夜赶到南京。抵达南京后，小海打电话给医疗器械公司老总王金说自己到了，王总让他坐地铁到安德门，公司派车到地铁站接他。
　　小海在安德门上了公司来接站的车，被直接带到公司——位于附近铁心桥的一小区公寓。此时已是深夜11点多，公司里还住着数位员工，大伙简单打了个招呼，小海就洗漱一番就寝了。公司是个三居室的公寓，小海觉得现在很多公司都在小区租房办公，因此也没觉得有啥不正常的。案发后小海回忆，第二天醒来发现有数位同事住在公司里，公司也不像个办公的样子，对此王总解释公司正在筹办中，他们的任务就是看资料，并熟悉南京的医院、交通等状况。
　　（揭开谜团：案发后小海醒悟，王金是以公司为幌子掩盖其犯罪目的，事后他回想起来，公司里没有悬挂营业执照，公司所打旗号“南京杰傲医疗器械销售有限公司”，经上网查询根本不存在。王金就是利用他们找工作心切的心理，以优厚的报酬让他们一步步落入圈套。）
