Notification的创建

Notification可以做为后台工作完成的一种提示

Notification主要由以下几个部分组成

Intent:消息在哪里展示

PendingIntent:当点击状态栏的消息时，产生相关的动作

Notification:通知

NotificationManager:通知的管理器
