　　腾讯娱乐讯 今天(8月22日)下午三点，张柏芝经纪公司新亚洲娱乐发表锋芝夫妇离婚声明，纷扰将近三月的锋芝婚变传闻终于尘埃落定。声明称张柏芝谢霆锋两人因性格不合而共同决定离婚。对于外界最关心的抚养权问题，两人达成“共同抚养”的协定，并宣称“一切皆会以两小孩的幸福成长为主要考虑因素。”声明最后表示谢霆锋张柏芝将不会就离婚事宜再做任何回应。【进入专题查看更多】
　　谈判16小时达成离婚共识
　　据香港媒体报道，本月18日谢霆锋由北京回港，在律师陪同下前往张柏芝入住的阳明山庄，与张柏芝谈判。16小时的拉锯战后，双方终就2名儿子的抚养权及财产分配等问题达成共识，但为免节外生枝，双方协议封口，倘若任何一方泄露离婚协议内容，将要负上责任。今日，张柏芝经纪公司代其发声明对外公布离婚事宜。
　　港媒同行说锋芝两人在这份“联合声明”（虽是联合声明，但张柏芝方面先出手）由谁先发上，也有过争执，两家经纪公司都不愿让步。当然，最后还是谢霆锋点头同意让张柏芝方面先发，给足前妻面子。

　　本人张柏芝、谢霆锋正式宣布我们因性格不合而共同决定离婚。有关离婚事宜，我们已和平地达成协定。
　　我们将共同管养我们的两个孩子，一切皆会以两小孩的幸福成长为主要考虑因素。
　　就近月有关传媒报导关于我们的离婚事宜，实质上与事实不符。我们保留追究之权利，亦请大家不用再为此事作胡乱猜测。
　　我们在此向各界对我们两人及家人的关心表示衷心感激，亦希望大家给予我们两人及家人尤其一对小孩宁静的生活空间，让其开心快乐成长。
　　本声明以后，我们将不会就离婚事宜再作任何回应。
