卸载完PostgreSQL后，重新安装出现：

The password specified was incorrect. Please enter the correct password for the postgres windows user account

进入控制面板-->管理工具->计算机管理->本机用户和组，将Postgres账号直接删除掉。然后就可以继续安装了
