jquery ui iframe 中 主题切换
iframe外部中注册切换主题插件的时候，响应onselect事件，然后刷新iframe内部的页面，因为themeswitcher插件是根据一个叫jquery-ui-theme的cookie来记住主题的，所以同一个域下，有共同效果。iframe内外都要写入以下代码，只不过内部的不用响应onselect事件
