eclipse -> Help -> Install New Software, cannot!!!

I Catch a problem in my linux-eclipse,"can't Install New Software".The detail is that I can click the "intall new software" button, well It cannot work!

Maybe some invokes have not the right(permission is denied!).

with $chmod chown chgrp on some files and directories, it worked!
