关于GridView分页跳转的问题
GridView分页跳转到几页的功能不能实现。下面代码中txtNewPageIndex的值取得不对。

这个的值，取不到自己输入的。

[解决办法]
可能也是你在page_load事件中直接写了BindData();导致Turn_Click事件出发后先执行了BindData();
所以你之前填入的值变成了<%# ((GridView)Container.Parent.Parent).PageIndex + 1 %>
