struts2-spring-plugin 使用
加入 struts2-spring-plugin 依然报错，说 Exception starting filter struts2
Cannot locate the chosen ObjectFactory implementation: spring - [unknown location]

原因：虽然加了插件，但是struts2的属性没有配置
