请教牛人一个编译问题

这个页面上的Module Language C (v6_mc)，如何编译成功?不限制平台，有会的请不吝赐教

文件下载下来解压后，有mc、sc、all、ted四种后缀的文件

Please click on the "ISQL/Embedded C" button below and then click on the "Process Request" button to select the basic download unit.
