spoon的IE部分不能用了
今天打开Spoon页面，发现移除了IE部分。

Microsoft has asked us to remove Internet Explorer from this service.
We hope to work with Microsoft to restore cloud-based access to their browsers in the future, but in the meantime we have disabled access to Internet Explorer.
