tomcat 6.0错误

一直都使用tomcat5.5，今天下载个tomcat6.0安装过程一路顺风..但启动后键入http://localhost:8080/ljay发现弹出404错误..立即到conf\web.xml文件看情况，发现

突然发现怎么变成falsh？立即把它修改问ture。重新启动没错误！ 一切正常

用了一段时间
突然之间有
401 Unauthorized
