图片从数据流转换为字符型,方便网络传输 base64转换 【转】
ndroid不能直接利用java里的base64类,需要自己定义编写一个编码类,从而达到可以在网络中传输照片的目的,以下就是构建一个编码类型,便于进行网络传输。
