Cannot find the tag library descriptor for /struts-tags问题
解决办法：

1、struts.xml 没有正确放置，将struts.xml 放到src目录下，redeploy

2、没有正确导入struts库,把struts2相关的几个lib放在你(tomcat中)工程的WEB-INF/lib下面就可以了

3、<%@taglib prefix="s" uri="/struts-tags"%> 有特殊字符 ，删掉重写（^_^)
