输出顺序乱掉

按照输入条件执行查询的时候，有时候会按照数据库中的顺序正确的数据。有时输出的顺序就不按照数据库中的顺序显示，显示顺序就会乱掉，这是什么造成的，那位大侠帮忙解决一下。
