请问class成员函数指针怎么用??

class CTest
{

CTest()
{
CommandFunc p = NULL;
p = Test;

p(10);
}

typedef int (CTest::*CommandFunc)(int a);

int Test(int a)
{
return a;
}
};

C函数是可以这样写的，可是class成员函数不能这么写么?
编译提示:CTest::Test”: 函数调用缺少参数列表；请使用“&CTest::Test”创建指向成员的指针
