方法一：

1.       从官方网站下载插件2.       从中解压出features与plugins文件夹，放在某个目录下，比如放在：D:\Program Files\myeclipse_velocity_plugins3.       找到myeclipse的安装路径，比如我的：D:\Program Files\Genuitec\MyEclipse-8.6\dropins在这个文件夹下创建velocity.link文件（用记事本或者EditPlus等文本编辑工具），velocity.link的内容是：path=D:\\Program Files\\myeclipse_velocity_plugins(这个路径就是下载的插件所放置的路径)4.重启myeclipse。
