两道未知的编程题！！
我主要学的C#，今天朋友给我出了两道难题

编程题（C、JAVA、C++等均可）
1．编写一个函数，输入n为偶数时，调用函数求1/2+1/4+...+1/n，当输入n为奇数时，调用函数1/1+1/3+...+1/n。(利用指针函数)
2．输入某年某月某日，判断这一天是这一年的第几天？
*大神门，我该怎么解决？C#不是很流行么？
