oracle11g rac asm 实例内存修改
ASM实例内存修改
memory_max_target(它为静态参数，修改完成后需要重启实例)
memory_target(它为动态参数，不需要重启实例)
SQL> select name,issys_modifiable from v$parameter where name='memory_max_target';

查看ASM内存，并修改memory_max_target，由512M变为4G

停crs 全部节点
注：修改asm实例内存，需要重启asm实例
测试了下重启实例,需要停diskgroup相对重启crs要麻烦
故选择重启crs，生产环境可以一个个实例重启，保证业务能够运行
本例为了测试方便去，全部停止，全部启动
