书面表达在英语考试中占15分，每次批改试卷，我们都会发现这道题是学生得分中的短板。在考前复习的过程中，我们很多老师习惯把书面表达的复习放在最后，圈出几个范文让学生背诵。但是在批阅试卷中，我们还是会发现很多孩子不会写作文，就算会写的孩子因为单词、语法等错误也总得不了高分。
分析一下原因，可以笼统地说是学生的英语学习基础不扎实。具体地说，我们老师在平时的教学中对学生写作训练不到位，不充分，才是书面表达失分的症结所在。
那么，针对这样的状况，我们在考前该如何进行书面的有效复习呢？我建议从三个方面来加强书面表达的训练，破解书面表达失分严重这个难题。
看清书面表达的体裁
我教的是八年级的英语，复习中我认真地研究了一下教材中书面表达的体裁有三种——书信，日记和邀请函。那么，在复习中，我用一节课的时间来给学生讲每种类型的格式和要求。而且强调在考试中，一定要认真读题目，搞清作文类型，否则文章写的再好，不符合要求同样不能得分。记得在期中考试的时候，书面表达要求给朋友回一封信谈谈运动的重要性，很多孩子会写运动的重要性，但是却忽略了信的格式，造成了严重失分，所有，我们在课堂上一定要让学生牢牢记住每种类型的格式，这是作文的切入点，也是得分点。
书信格式
范文引领——
Dear Wang Junfeng ， (开头是固定格式，但一定要强调英语书信用的是逗号)
I am sorry to hear that you are feeling sad these days .What will you do if you are in a bad mood? Here is my advice. （开头要注意空格，一般都是空四到五个英文字符）
First , it’s all right to have these feelings .It’a all right to show when you are sad .Second , you’d better talk to your parents or teachers about your sadness, they can help you .Third , do something good for someone .Helping others always makes you feel good ,Fourh, why not go out and do some exercise with your classmates? Or you can listen to music , sing lively songs and so on . Maybe you can forget the sadness .Last but not least, learn to smile at life .

搭好书面表达的结构
我们在批改学生书面表达的时候，首先看作文的结构，从清晰性，完整性，准确性等方面来判断得分，所以，我们在复习过作文类型之后，就要严把结构关了。
我们常说举一反三，其实，在书面表达的背诵上，我不要求学生背很多篇作文，我把整个教材的作文整合之后，就剩下了四篇作文，而且这四篇作文也就成了我们的万能作文。这四篇万能文代表了四种考试题型，也形成了四种作文结构框架。
1. 建议类（心情差，压力大，相处不好，学习烦恼……）
结构公式： 总—分—总
总——引出话题（I am sorry to hear that you are feeling sad these days .What will you do if you are in a bad mood? Here is my advice.）
分——会给建议（First,…. 会正确看待；Second,….会求助；Third,……会减压；Finally,……会乐观）
总——总结。If you follow my advice , you will be ……
2.表格类作文
表格类作文也是常考的一种写作，这类作文其实是非常简单的一种写作形式，直接地说就是把表格里面的内容翻译出来即可，但是很多学生在翻译的时候，往往过分注重表格里面的内容而忽略前面的过渡，后面的总结，这是我们在写作中特别需要关注的一个问题。

About our school uniform
I did a survey about our school uniform .I asked some of my classmates what they thought of our nuiform.(引出关于校服的调查报告话题，为陈述表格内容做好铺垫)
Most of the students like it.58% of them say it’s cool and the color is nice.They think it’s neat and suit them.In some students’ opinions, they can wear school uniform instead of sports clothes.

2. 观点类作文
观点类作文是针对一个主题让考生谈一下自己的观点，比如“谈谈你对校服的看法”或“如何养成良好的饮食习惯”等等，这类作文要求考试必须有客观和具有说服力的观点才行，所以，观点类作文类似议论文，但又比议论文简单。
公式：阐明观点——证明观点——总结观点

First ,we need to have enough food,never too much or too little.

重视书面表达的“面子工程”
批改试卷中，得高分的往往是书写规范，卷面整洁的考生，特别是现在中考实行网上阅卷以后，对学生书写的要求更高了，不重视卷面的考生肯定要吃亏，书面表达中的面子工程非常重要。所以，我们在考前一定要特别强调卷面的重要性。那么，我们该如何打理书面表达的面呢？
